Terms of Service for RunData

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RunData ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Displays running workout data from Apple HealthKit
Calculates running statistics and personal records
Provides data visualization through charts and widgets
Offers optional data export to CSV and Google Sheets

3. Health Data and Medical Disclaimer

Medical Disclaimer

RunData is NOT a medical device or health monitoring system
The App is for informational and motivational purposes only
Do not use the App for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions
Always consult healthcare professionals for medical advice

Data Accuracy

Running statistics are estimates based on available data. Accuracy depends on device sensors and HealthKit data quality. We make no warranties about data precision or completeness.

Health and Safety

Exercise within your capabilities. Stop if you experience discomfort. The App supplements but does not replace common sense about exercise safety.

4. User Responsibilities

Appropriate use, HealthKit authorization, and account security are your responsibility.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your health data remains on your device unless you choose to export it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Third-Party Services

Apple HealthKit is subject to Apple's terms. Google Sheets export is subject to Google's terms.

7. Intellectual Property

RunData and its content are owned by RogoDev. You retain ownership of your health data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any).

Updates and changes may occur
Termination rights for both parties
Geographic restrictions apply
You must be 13+ to use the app
Governing law is the State of California
